ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Experience the Gorges du Verdon. The order of activities is subject to change. You will receive the details of the meeting points in your itinerary before your departure.
DAY 1 – ARRIVAL
You arrive at the gîte and leave your luggage. You can take advantage of this time to visit the surroundings and get your bearings in this natural landscape. In the evening, enjoy a hearty dinner.
JOUR 2 – CYCLING
Ride through the famous Ridges Road equipped with e-bike along the impressive cliffs of the Verdon.

DAY 3 – CANYONING
Equipped with wetsuits and helmets, you can walk, jump and swim in a wild canyon.
Supervision: Accompanied by a state certified guide.

It’s already the end of the adventure! The departure will take place after breakfast. You can take advantage of this last day to have a last swim in the lake of Sainte Croix or to buy some souvenirs in Moustiers-Sainte-Marie.

Do I need to be able to swim for this trip?
Being able to swim is compulsory.
Which accommodation for this trip?
For each stay, we have defined precise dates. You register according to availability. We organise your accommodation in a natural setting near the Verdon. You will be in private rooms or dormitories. For single people, you will be grouped in the same dormitory.
How to register?
You can register online by paying a deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay. Our teams will send you a payment link for the balance on D-15.
What are the safety conditions for this trip?
Your guides and Verdon Voyages will provide all the necessary safety equipment and materials for the descent.
In case of bad weather or bad conditions to practice the activity?
The activities you will undertake are dependent on the water flow of the Verdon and the weather risks. Verdon Voyages or your guide may therefore decide to cancel or modify part of the activity. Such cancellations are rare. Similarly, unforeseen high winds may lead the guide to cancel the activity for safety reasons. In this case, we will propose a replacement activity depending on the weather or water flow conditions. However, if no alternative activity is possible, we will compensate for part of the price of the trip.
Cancellation conditions :
- Before D-60: a handling fee of 50 euros will be retained.
- Between D-60 and D-8: the deposit paid at the time of booking will be retained.
- After D-7: no refund will be made in the event of cancellation.
We therefore encourage you to plan your stay carefully and take all necessary precautions to avoid any unforeseen cancellations.
